Susie Bick
Biography
Susie Bick (b. 1966) was born in Cheshire, England. Discovered at age fourteen, Bick had modelled for album covers for bands including Roxy Music and The Damned, appeared in advertising campaigns for Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent and other fashion houses, and walked the catwalk for Vivienne Westwood and others.

Biography
Dorothy Porter (1954–2008), poet and writer, grew up in Sydney and the Blue Mountains, graduated from the University of Sydney in 1975 and taught creative writing at the University of Technology, Sydney.
