Anna Frances Walker (1830–1913), botanical artist and collector, was one of the thirteen children of Thomas Walker, a high-ranking colonial public servant, and his wife Anna Elizabeth, the daughter of merchant and landowner John Blaxland.

With qualifications in art history and political science from the University of Melbourne, she was co-founder and joint co-ordinator of the Women's Art Register Extension Project, established at Carringbush Library in 1977 and now a substantial reference resource on women’s art work.
