Celebrate NAIDOC week with a lively reading of Cooee Mittigar: A Story on Darug Songlines, written by Jasmine Seymour. ‘Cooee mittigar’, meaning ‘come here friend’, is an invitation to yana (walk) on Darug Country. After listening to the story, get creative with hands-on activities inspired by the book.
All materials provided. For children aged 4–10 years with their grown-up.
The 10 July session is Auslan-interpreted.
This program is made possible with funds donated by Tim Fairfax AC.
