Gordon Furlee Brown, whose career is not documented in standard texts on Australian photography or art, exhibited in the Victorian Salon of Photography in 1931. He took the photograph of WB McInnes acquired by the NPG in 1999 and the photograph of Will Dyson acquired in 2008. His photograph of Percy Grainger is in the collection of the Grainger Museum.
