Nix, 2016

This portrait of Nixon is from a series of portraits called ‘The essence of youth’ and explores issues of identity. I am a lens-based artist working primarily in photography and video. I have a strong interest in the cinematic, and my work is inspired by real-life events. It is highly constructed and rooted somewhere in the space between reality and fiction.
