Vietnam, 1970-08

Forward scout Private Rod Tulley (probably 1735922 Ronald Tully), 22, from Cairns, Qld, calls up his patrol with a silent hand signal. He is a soldier of 2RAR /NZ (ANZAC) , operating in the north west of Phuoc Tuy Province, in an area known to have harboured an enemy engineer battalion.
