Amanda, 2017

Amanda is a friend of the family and single mother of two young children. She had broken up with her partner just hours before this photo was taken. Her gaze into the lens portrays a sense of uncertainty about the future, yet a willingness and strength to persevere, to get through whatever may lie ahead.
