Like many young people waking up is the most painful part of my day. My body clock is out of sync with my university timetable. Each day the alarm clock sounds and I turn it off, only to repeat this process several times. The ritual of getting out of bed each morning is both a personal and universal experience. It signifies a new beginning, the start of one's day.
