Eshah Ajeesh and Laya Eldose were photographed performing with Karma Dance, a classical and contemporary Indian dance company. Govind Pillai, who formed the company with Raina Peterson, said in a 2014 article for Liberation Arts Network, ‘I want the girls to feel deeply connected with themselves, proud of who they are and what they bring to this world.’
