Wakka Wakka/Gangulu man Andrew Toby, aka Balla Neba, is a choreographer, artist and director. ‘I grew up in an inner-city suburb where my cultural heritage was denied,’ says Balla Neba. ‘As I grew, experienced life and explored I was blessed with knowledge and wisdom imparted from Elders across the country. Using this knowledge along with my natural creative gift I’ve been able to develop a unique style of dance expression.’
