Terry Snow, Canberra businessman and one of Australia’s wealthiest individuals, often brings his dogs to work.

China, Ringer, Holly – the boardrooms at Canberra Airport are not named after world cities or eminent pilots, but the dogs of airport owner Terry Snow. At work and at home, the faithful canines are near constant companions for the successful entrepreneur described as ‘a humble guy’ by Financial Review Rich List editor John Stensholt. A prominent and generous philanthropist through the Snow Foundation, he recently (May 2020) donated over five million dollars towards coronavirus research. Here artist Jude Rae captures Snow’s quiet, down-to-earth presence through his relaxed pose, with the stout, beloved China present and correct.
