When you get here, please have your booking confirmation with you—either as a print-out or displayed on your phone. We’ll have someone to greet you, check your booking, and explain what to expect.
To help keep our visitors and staff safe please make sure you:
- Are not currently experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, including:
- fever
- cough
- sore throat
- shortness of breath
- Have not been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- Have not been present at a location determined by ACT Chief Health Officer to be a COVID-19 affected area or hotspot during the timeframes also specified by the ACT Chief Health Officer.
- Have not been present in a state, territory or location that is the subject of current ACT travel restrictions due to COVID-19 within the previous 14 days, or if the restrictions came into effect less than 14 days from today, since the restrictions came into effect.
- Have not returned from international travel in the last 14 days.
- Maintain a physical distance of at least 1.5m between you and people who are not known to you.
- Regularly wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser and practice good hygiene by covering your nose and mouth with your elbow when coughing or sneezing and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands.
- Have downloaded and use the Check In CBR app so you can help ACT Health quickly identify and assist anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19.
