Fire up your brain and fingers this winter and make a no-knit neuron! Artists Pat Pillai and Rita Pearce of Neural Knitworks – craft a healthy brain will help you discover connections between art and brain health. We’ll provide the materials, you just drop in and twist, wrap, plait or knot while learning about neuroscience.

Pat’s work is informed by her career in laboratory science and passion for better outcomes for mental health. Rita developed a particular interest in using her art to engage with and educate people about mental health while working as a Registered Nurse.

For all ages and abilities (children must be accompanied by an adult). All materials provided.
